In cases of abandoned items—including, but not limited to, consignment Lots received without the required information, Lots won at auction that require additional verification before shipment, and/or Lots won at auction that are returned to us after a shipping attempt—SAS Auction Service, Inc. will hold the items for 5 business days. During this 5-business-day period, we will make a minimum of one attempt to contact the owner of the items via email. After 5 business days, SAS Auction Service, Inc. reserves the right to take ownership of or discard the items. Please note that all contact attempts will be made using the information provided when creating a user account; therefore, maintaining current and accurate contact information is strongly encouraged.
